Sam has experience guiding individuals and groups in mindfulness practices, including meditation and yoga. She started practicing yoga for herself in 2009 and taught yoga in a public setting for many years. Additionally, she is skilled at incorporating these practices into kink spaces. For example, her body awareness has helped her in stretching and breathing exercises that are helpful before certain kink activities and regrounding and integrating after intense experiences.
